Art. 1 - Identification of the vendor
These General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter, Conditions) are valid only between the company Regenesi srl, registered in the Bologna Business Register n. 472563, Share Capital € 99,000, with registered office in Galleria Cavour, 3 - 40124 Bologna P.I. 02853631204 (hereinafter "The Company") and any person who makes purchases online on the website www.regenesi.com (hereinafter referred to as "The Customer"). These general conditions of sale may be subject to change and the date of publication on the site is equivalent to the date of entry into force. These Conditions govern purchases made on the website www.regenesi.com in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (as amended by Legislative Decree no. 21/14 and by Legislative Decree no. 70/2003).
Art. 2 - General Terms of Sales
With these Conditions, the Company sells and the Customer remotely purchases the goods indicated and offered for sale on the website www.regenesi.com. The Customer undertakes to read these Conditions before proceeding to confirm their order, accepting them by checking the Terms and Condition Box.
Before the conclusion of the purchase contract, the Customer is informed about the characteristics of the goods, illustrated in the product page, the total price of the goods, including taxes, with details of the shipping costs and any other costs, of the payment methods, the term within which the Company undertakes to deliver the goods, the conditions and terms and procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal (article 9 of these conditions), the cost of returning the goods in the event of withdrawal, the existence of the legal guarantee of compliance for purchased goods, after-sales assistance conditions and commercial guarantees, geographical address, telephone number, e-mail address.
Art. 3 - Conclusion of the contract
The sales contract is considered concluded with the sending by the Company to the Customer of an order confirmation email. The email contains the customer's informations, the order number, the price of the goods purchased, shipping costs, delivery times and methods, the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal. The Customer undertakes to verify the correctness of the personal data contained in the email and to promptly notify the Company of any corrections / changes to be made.
Art. 4 - Availability of products
The availability of the products refers to the actual availability at the time the Customer places the order. However, this availability must be considered purely indicative because, due to the simultaneous presence on the site of multiple customers and / or due to the occurrence of an IT anomaly, the products could be sold to other customers before the order is confirmed. Even after sending the order confirmation e-mail, there may be cases of partial or total unavailability of the goods. In this case, the Customer will be informed via email of the delivery methods and timing.
Art. 5 - Prices
The Company may change its prices at any time, however, the goods will be invoiced on the basis of the prices indicated on the site at the time the order is created and indicated in the confirmation email sent to the customer. The prices indicated on the site include VAT and do not include shipping costs. Prices are subject to change at any time. In the event of an IT, manual, technical or any other type of error that could lead to a change in the retail price, the purchase order will be considered invalid and canceled and the amount paid by the customer will be refunded within 14 days from day of cancellation.
Art. 6 - Delivery methods
The Company undertakes to deliver the goods within 30 days of receipt of the purchase order. Shipping costs are charged to the buyer and are explicitly highlighted at the time the order is placed. For each order placed on the website www.regenesi.com, the Company will issue an invoice for the goods shipped. The invoice will be contained within the package and will also be sent by email to the email address provided during registration. The invoice will contain the information provided by the customer during the purchase process. After the invoice has been issued, it will not be possible to make any changes to the data indicated therein.
Art. 7 - Methods of payment
Payment can be made through the payment services or credit cards indicated on the website www.regenesi.com, or by choosing the postal cash on delivery. The communications relating to the payment and the data communicated by the customer when this is done take place on special protected lines.
Art. 8 - Legal guarantee of conformity and commercial guarantee
If the Customer receives a defective or non-compliant product with the orders placed, he will be entitled to any repair or replacement of the product. The Company offers a 24-month warranty on its products for any material and / or manufacturing defects. The repair or replacement may take place only and exclusively in the case of defects or non-conformities; the replacement of the goods will be excluded if the defect or non-conformity was caused by the Customer. The Customer may exercise this right if the defect occurs within two years of delivery of the goods and reports the defect within two months.
To start the repair procedure, the customer must send an email to email@example.com justifying the request for repair and certifying the damage by attaching images of the defective product and proof of purchase. In the event that the warranty is not valid or applicable to the damaged product, the Company will send the Customer an estimation of the costs of repair and shipping. Repair times vary according to the quantity of goods to be handled and the nature of the intervention. Indicatively, the warranty repair is performed within 40 days of receipt of the item by the Company. As for repairs not covered by the warranty, the repair work can only begin when the Company will receive the written approval of the quote for repair sent to the Customer.
Art. 9 - Cancel an order
You can request to cancel your order within 24 hours from the purchase, in this way Regenesi undertakes to avoid unnecessary emissions of polluting gases for the shipment of a product that the customer no longer wishes to receive. Refunds will be issued using the same currency and using the same payment method through which the order was placed. It is not possible to issue a refund to another card or bank account.
Art. 10 - Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within the term of 14 days pursuant to art. 57 of Legislative Decree. 206/2005 starting from the date of receipt of the products. In the case of multiple purchases made by the buyer with a single order and delivered separately, the 14-day term starts from the date of receipt of the last product. The user who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must communicate it by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org including the order number. In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the goods must be returned to Regenesi srl, via Domenico Zotti 2, 48123 Ravenna (Italy). The goods must be returned intact and complete with the attached tax documentation, at the total expense of the Customer. Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, the amount of the products subject to withdrawal will be reimbursed within a maximum period of 14 days. The refund will be made through the same payment methods chosen by the customer during the purchase. As required by art. 56 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the Company may suspend the reimbursement until receipt of the goods or until the purchaser demonstrates that he has returned the goods.
Art. 11 - Liability
The Company assumes no responsibility for any inefficiencies caused by major force or unforeseeable circumstances or if there is a malfunction of the website or the internet.
Art. 12 - Safeguard clause
In the event that one of the clauses of these Conditions is void for any reason whatsoever, this will in no case compromise the validity and compliance with the other provisions contained in these Conditions.

Art. 14 - Applicable law
These Conditions are governed by Italian law, as is the interpretation of these Conditions.
