Once the organization of companies was structured only by organizational charts, rules and procedures to be followed. In these years, the only way to be part of the organization were characterized by the infinitely repetition of behaviors, the execution of commands and the adjustment to organizational demands. Many things were changed: companies with perfect organizational charts and proper procedures, however could be made by people, that are only interested in making any mistake and in obeying, so they failed; in the other hand, "disorganized" businesses with motivating people, that are doing everything they believe being right, were developed. As Enzo Spaltro says now we are in the era of motivation, inside the organization, but also the era of the confusion between feeling good personally or in the organization: a trap which has often led to many difficulties and frustrations. The critical factor that differentiates these situation is the approach to people: in one side, it is required a strong adherence to values to avoid sanctions and to prevent dangerous behavior, in the other side, it is asked to pursue behaviors that allow a possible future prosperity. In the second case we talk about organizational aesthetics: a management approach "capable of feeling" – for that reason is aesthetic - and of planning for the future. We liked these organizations and you?

A noi piacciono queste organizzazioni e a voi?

That vision is amazing and in italian we can catch the sensitive difference between these two words: pre-visione and per-visione!
The second term carries up all the meaning of sharing and cooperation that I hope the new organization can achieve.

In my opinion the issue to connect with the future perception in the organization is if organization are "pre - visione" or "per-visione": I mean in the first case a situazion where the future is strictly connect with the past (in Englis previsione is for forecast) in the second case "per-visione" the future is a costruction by/with of the organization. A beauty organization needs the second kind of future!
