Returns

The target of Regenesi is to produce "il bello sostenibile" so, for this reason, we wish that our products are always able to satisfy our customers. Therefore it’s always possible to return your purchase when there are the conditions below:

  • Some products Regenesi come with an identification tag attached with a disposable seal. We remind you to try on your items without removing the tag or seal, as we do not accept returned products unless they are in the same condition in which they were delivered to you.
  • Before shipping your return, we invite you to fill in the online Return Form to obtain your Return Number.This will enable us to speed up the refund process.
  • The parcel must be delivered to the courier within 7 working days from the date in which you received your order. If you are returning more than one item from the same order, they must be sent in a single delivery: Regenesi cannot accept multiple return from the same order, with items sent at different times. Remember that the return delivery costs are free of charge with the UPS courier.

If one of these conditions is not met, Regenesi will not accept your return and the items will be shipped back to you at your own cost.

We invite you to fill in this Return Form within 7 working days from the date you received your package in order to receive your Return Number and enable us to process your return as quickly as possible.
Return items must be given back to UPS within 7 working days from the date the package was delivered to you.
Regenesi reserves the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the grace period has expired or that are not in the same condition you received them in. Enter the Order Number relating to the item you want to return.

If you aren't satisfyed of your purchase
Your complete satisfaction is important for Regenesi. If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return as many items as you wish and receive a refund for the items' price. It is not possible to exchange one product for another. Before shipping your return back to Regenesi, please complete the Return Form and verify that all of the conditions have been met. Regenesi will refund the cost of the returned items. Regenesi will not accept returns that do not adhere to all of the required conditions: in this event, the items will be shipped back to your address.

Return your purchase to Regenesi
Return shipping is free with the UPS courier. Included with your order, you will find a pre-printed label that you can use to ship your returned items to Regenesi. Contact the UPS courier to organise the pick-up. You may keep track of the return delivery with the UPS Tracking Number you find on your copy of the pre-printed label. Remember that your return must be sent from the same Country in which you placed your order. If you do not find the pre-printed label inside your order, you may ask UPS to bring a waybill at the moment of the pick-up. After having filled in the online Return Form, you will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to complete the waybill.

Refund timing
After Regenesi has received your return and verified that all of the conditions have been met, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your return has been accepted. Refund times depend on the payment method used when purchasing:

  • Credit/debit card: refund times will depend on the card company’s policies. We assure you that the currency date for the credit will coincide with the date of the original payment, therefore you will not be charged any interest fees.
  • PayPal: refunds will be credited to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately. The actual reimbursement to the credit card associated with your PayPal account depends on the company that issued the card.
